It is the tool that can turn an awkward disclosure into an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, and when managing a disclosure of self-harm or suicide, it could even save a life.
New users can complete the CPD accredited eLearning in two hours. Following certification, users are live on The Signpost system helping customers in vulnerable circumstances by offering compassionate, compliant support.
The annual cost of eLearning and unlimited access to The Signpost is £100 per year per user.
