3. Purpose & Culture (3CM-P&C-IFA)

This course looks at the FCA's drive to transform the 60,000 firms it regulates. Purpose has been a big conversation topic recently. We examine the evidence that investment in social purpose does not have to come at the cost of profit and how purpose driven companies have expanded profits as a by-product of committing to social purpose. We look at how adopting the right culture in business will underpin the colleague engagement with its purpose and define the success of implementing a strategy that protects customers in vulnerable circumstances.
