The Signpost Vulnerability Toolkit

The Signpost contains over 1,100 pages of concise information and the contact details of 600 supporting agencies and charities of where to direct customers who may benefit from expert support. Every page of The Signpost contains prompts and tips to assist a compliant​ and compassionate conversation. It is the tool that can turn an awkward disclosure into an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, and when managing a disclosure of self-harm or suicide, it could even save a life. 

The Signpost Vulnerability Toolkit

The Signpost Bundle allows new users to complete the CPD accredited eLearning in two hours. Following immediate certification, users are then live on The Signpost system helping customers in vulnerable circumstances by offering compassionate, compliant support. 

The annual cost of eLearning and unlimited access to The Signpost is £100 per year per user. Discounts are available for more orders of more than 20 users.

The VRS & The Signpost collaborate

VCX are proud of our partnership with The Vulnerability Registration Service (VRS). The VRS gives consumers in vulnerable circumstances a single place to register their status. This helps consumers by reducing the need to go through the same traumatic conversations every time they engage with service providers like utility companies, lenders or creditors. VCX recommends a corporate integration with the VRS database to identify customers that have self-declared as having additional support needs. The Signpost vulnerability toolkit contains full instructions to talk a consumer through a VRS registration and our training includes this video explaining the benefits to businesses and consumers alike.
